I thought the article, "Columbia Council Should Support Mission, Homeless" was the most effective because its trying to show that the homless shelters in Columbia really need a lot of help, and they are showing how the Columbia City Councol is not being supportive at all. I thought the article did a good job about showing the main ongoing problem in Columbia of homeless people. When i read this article i saw that homless people around Columbia is a bigger issue than i thought it was and I felt bad for the homeless people.
